Soulful Saxophonist and Music Producer Based in Johannesburg South Africa. Influenced by jazz, neo soul and RnB. Casper was born in 1995 July 16th and raised in Johannesburg South Africa as Casper Esau Mofokeng. He graduated from The National School of The Arts in 2013 and went on to further study classical saxophone at the Johannesburg Youth Orchestra Company (JYOC). He went on to lead a young band called KLiC band SA started by his friend Lee Morgan and Kyle May. The band later grew apart after 2 years later and he is now focused on his own brand - Casper Esau II” Casper has worked with Many major artists and groups as a session musician such as: -Thatch music, who normally does big productions such as The Voice SA Vodacom NXT LVL Emirates Pursuit of Jazz and other live music productions. -Mafikizolo, -MOBI DIXON -Nichume -Dr Duda -Dalene Dinky Kunene - Idols Contestant -Bianca Le Grange -Liesl Pinnekin (jamali singer) -Zakes Bantwini -Mthandazo Gatya -Samthing Soweto -Brendan Praise -Rethabile Khumalo (Singer on “UMLILO” 2019 song of the year) -Henry Philemon - METRO Fm award winner for best jazz album 2016. Casper also did a 6month Tour With The Coda Jazz Katz in the Middle East Bahrain performing weekly at venues and Coda Jazz lounge - The best Jazz lounge in the Gulf.
