Atlantic Connection is far from a new name in the music industry. First sinking his teeth in the record business as a part of drum and bass outfit Basic Operations, the DJ and producer has amassed an extensively well-respected catalogue internationally and has established himself as a key figurehead in the bass music scene. Since his initial debut, Atlantic Connection’s growing list of originals, remixes, and bootlegs are as eclectic as they are many. His latest productions under his Jamie Prado and PRODBYAC monikers are an intriguing blend of house, soulful R&B, bright sliding chords, tropical melodies, and nearly every genre in electronic music’s full spectrum.
