Berlin-based artist Fabian Rack, known as Inoti, creates a lush blend of Electronica, Folktronica, and a touch of IDM. Some tracks are abstract instrumentals with long stretches – listening music, journeys, a canvas for drifting into other worlds. Other pieces are crossovers into folk with a benevolent, warm look at the earlier self and the connecting dialogue that refuses to happen in reality. Yet others are peculiar, cryptic skits with quirky sounds. Acoustic instruments, synthetic sound generation, and meticulous sound design glue everything together.
