Guitarist and composer Gastón de la Cruz was born in Mar del Plata in 1988. He has released nine albums to date: “Tríptico” (2011) and “Diagonales” 2015 with group Ert, “Proyecto RTM vol I” with Proyecto Reutemann (2017), “AfroBeats” with orchestra Niki Lauda Afrobeat (2017), “Continuum”( 2019) as a soloist together with his Quintet, “Correspondencia”( 2020) and Onírica (2021) featuring de la Cruz , Sampaoli, Flores Catino and “La Hora de los Pájaros al otro lado del Río” (2021) “Constelaciones” (2022) also with his quintet. He has a bachelor 's degree in jazz studies from Manuel de Falla Conservatory. He has also taken lessons with outstanding mentors from the local scene.
