Rapper/Songwriter Miss Mahogany was born and raised in Birmingham, Al. Miss Mahogany became a mom at 18, and dedicated her late teens and early 20s working and focusing on raising her two small daughters, therefore she didn't start pursuing her music career til the age of 25, but don't let the late start have you in doubt, Mahogany has been writing songs since elementary school. Since the day she started recording, she has been dropping bangers regularly for almost ten years. Whether performing or pushing her mixtapes, she shows she is a force to be reckoned with, and she has an edgy, classy, hood, but sophisticated flow. She is very versatile. There is no doubt that this woman is driven and dedicated. Miss Mahogany was nominated twice for the statewide Alabama Music awards in 2016 and 2017. She pursued her music career in Birmingham for 5 years before moving to Houston, Texas in 2015. Although, she is a new resident of Houston, she has been gaining a great amount of exposure from performing and having a strong social media presence with her Houston audience.
