Khalie, also known as SoundFairy, is a dynamic rapper, singer, and songwriter hailing from Ukpo in Dunukofia, Anambra state. Her passion for music sparked in 2011 when she began performing covers of popular songs. By 2014, her creativity flourished as she transitioned to writing and composing her own music. Khalie made her official debut in 2018 with the release of her first single, “Fire and Ice,” a track that showcased her unique blend of rap and melodic flow. She followed this up with “Holdup” in 2019, and several more singles that solidified her place in the Nigerian music scene. In April 2024, Khalie took a bold step forward by releasing her debut EP, Fairy the EP, a project that introduced her diverse style and lyrical depth to a wider audience. Her most recent project, SoundFairy EP, is a captivating mix of rap and Afro-pop, reflecting her versatility as an artist and her ability to create sounds that resonate with different genres. Khalie is currently under the management of Chaotic Records Limited, where she continues to grow and evolve as a leading voice in the Afro-fusion space.
