North Carolina native John Jacob brings that golden era 90’s sound when he deliverers his music. Musical influences from Mobb Deep, Nas, Wu-Tang, M.O.P. AZ, Rakim, Kool G Rap and Cormega. In 1999 is when he started producing beats. Influences from a producer aspect are Havoc, Dj Premier, The Alchemist, Pete Rock and RZA. Up to the year 2006 he developed a spark to start writing his music and decided to rap. Releasing various mixtapes with his brothers John Jacob started to take it more seriously and perfecting his craft. He also started doing music videos to gain more exposure.
