Rebecca is an accomplished, award-winning singer/songwriter, and has been able to make music her career for close to 2 decades. Growing up in a musical home, she has been exposed to a vast assortment of artists, genres and styles from her mother, who is also a vocalist. Rebecca has been touring with various artists, including the Queen of Percussion, Sheila E., Dave Koz & Eric Darius, and appeared in “The GRAMMY Salute to Prince” that aired on CBS in April 2020; She also sang background vocals for Sir Elton John at the 2020 Academy Awards. Rebecca has over 27 years of recording studio experience. Her voice has been featured in a variety of works, including two songs on DW3’s self-titled album that went #1 on the UK Soul Charts in 2020, and singing backing vocals on Aubrey Logan’s 2nd album, "Where the Sunshine is Expensive", which went #1 on the Billboard charts in 2019. Rebecca has earned a record eight San Diego Music Awards, including 2020 “Artist of the Year” & 2021 “Song of the Year”. Her newest album, “A Shade of Jade”, is set for release in October. She is also an actor and model. Rebecca graduated from UC Berkeley on a full basketball scholarship with a degree in Theatre & Performance studied and earned her MBA in Marketing from University of Phoenix. She has also advanced her musical education by studying Jazz Theory and Classical Voice at Grossmont College. She still plays ball recreationally.
