Award-winning in several national and international competitions, among the others the Geneva Competition (1995), Luigi Attademo, recorded many CDs, among the others, Scarlatti’s Sonatas, Bach’s music for lute, the complete music by Niccolò Paganini. Pupil of Angelo Gilardino, he worked during this period at the Andrés Segovia’s Foundation, to catalogue its manuscripts, where he discovered some unknown manuscripts of important composers. During last years, he realized projects like El Cimarron by H.W. Henze and the Concerto for guitar and Orchestra by Alessandro Solbiati, and played in different countries with the violist Simone Gramaglia. In 2017 he was curator of the exhibition dedicated to Torres at the Violin Museum in Cremona, and published a CD for Brilliant playing on original guitar of the great luthier. His last CD, published by Da Vinci Classics, is dedicated to Astor Piazzolla music, and includes an anthology of new works of Italian composers. He is guitar professor at Conservatorio B. Maderna di Cesena and at Fiesole Music Academy.
