Lance Markeith is an American entertainer and performer. Markeith began as a rap songwriter for classroom assignments. He grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama until the third grade. He then moved to Tampa, Florida where he learned the different sounds of the city. He credits Tampa's Jook sound and the presence New York settlers for the inspiration of his style. Lance Markeith delivers Southern eloquence with a militant bravado; sharp and aware of his surroundings.
