Born & raised in Metro-Detroit, Michigan & signed to New Nation LLC by way of Mocha Jones; Cyrus King is one of the founding members of Mxbrds. His ability to sing came from no vocal training but years of steady practice & performances. Writing songs came natural to Cyrus, so he inadvertently fell in love with rap/hip hop + the culture/being a rapper. Lyrically, his followers say he 'has no chill' & is very honest in his music.
