Ignacio Alvarez is like a bucket full of Legos: brimming with color and seemingly endless potential. He debuted his 'GLOSS' project in 2020 with two singles and an appearance with unreleased music at the Intaqta label's showcase for the 'COS MOS' online festival. But Ignacio has not revealed even a fraction of the music he's amassed in secret through the last six years, filling whole hard drives with his unreleased work. Body of work he is finally ready to share with the world, starting with his debut EP: DIORAMA. 
 The stylistic foundations of GLOSS lie in dynamic explorations that oscillate between visceral joy and hints of melancholy, maintaining a surprisingly chaotic balance between organic percussive elements and innocently synthesized timbres akin to voices belonging to well-willed critters. 
 He is currently working as a producer for various musical acts at Estudio Vivario. A base of operations that he manages along with his partner Joaquin Alvear (member of the band ‘Lucuma’). The studio has been a meeting point and sanctuary for a vast array of personalities from the local scene in Santiago de Chile.
