No strangers to the music world, Watford’s Other Nature comprise multi-instrumentalist and producer Sena Verdi AKA Lyonheart, and singer/writer Tariq Khan. Khan’s musical pedigree hasn’t gone unnoticed. His sibling is none other than Bat For Lashes’ Natasha Khan. As founding member of head turning Alt Art-rock indie group Moones (whose debut was mixed and engineered by Coldplay’s Guy Berryman), he amassed millions of Youtube views courtesy of some pretty innovative use of beer, stop-motion and algorithms. Providing remix services to the likes of British Punk legends Gallows is one of many strings to his bow. Verdi’s musical journey has seen him release music under various guises with Dance heavyweights BT (reaching no.1 in the ITunes dance chart), Paul Oakenfold and Chicane, whilst featuring Aqualung on his last album. All whilst simultaneously acting as principal writer and producer in post-punk band RALE, wowing audiences through BBC Introducing shows at Reading + Leeds and providing tour support for the likes of Reverend and The Makers, Mystery Jets and The Cribs. Now they join forces and offer up mesmerizing 80s-infused electronic indie-pop drawing on their shared love of the greats to fierce effect. Tears For Fears, Depeche Mode, M83, Talk Talk and a heavy dose of R&B and Hip Hop synthesize their unique sound. They recently performed their debut show at the Isle of Wight Festival.
