Sessions was born and raised in Miami, FL to parents of both Cuban & Panamanian decent. He was brought into music at an early age by battling other artists online. Sessions was then introduced to another artist who helped him formulate songs on his own. 
 In 2008 Sessions was introduced and starting working as a ghost producer and songwriter for Troyton Rami (Sean Paul, Beenie Man, Kevin Lyttle, etc.) He was at this time signed to Black Shadow Music Group/Universal Publishing Group and began working for artists under the guidance of Troyton (Beenie Man, The Bahamen & Kevin Lyttle). At the time of his departure from Black Shadow Music Group/Universal Publishing Group he began to write and perfect his own songs and styling. 
 In 2022 Sessions is now currently working on releasing new music and visuals for all of his upcoming projects.
