Av Storm grew up in northern Sweden and formed her early singing in different pentecostal choirs and as a street musician. In her youth she moved to Bolivia where she met Awana (Ana Martínez) in 2007 and formed a band called Anís. They made one studio album and various unrecorded songs and played continuously at small bars in Bolivia. In 2011 Av Storm started to experiment with electronic tunes and played under the name Born Feline. When she moved to Sweden in 2013 she performed there for a couple of years as Born Feline. While visiting Colombia in early 2023 she met with Seiname (Diego Cano), a sound engineer with whom she decided to record a few simple melodies that she had been collecting throughout the past years. She heard a guitarist called Pablo Moraga play at a bar in the mountains of Medellin and asked him to record the guitar tunes. The project turned into an album that is currently unfolding itself and being published.
