Svoy is an American artist/writer/producer for Universal Music Group. He has seven solo albums, along with series of other records. Svoy won the BMI John Lennon Award for songwriters and received the award personally from Yoko Ono. He won BMI Pete Carpenter Award for film and television composers, presided by Grammy and Emmy-winning composer Mike Post, and trained with Post and assistant Atli Orvarsson for a month at Mike Post Productions in Hollywood. Svoy has collaborated with Grammy-winning/nominated artists Kenny Garrett, Donald Brown, Meshell Ndegeocello, Mark Kelley, Demir Demirkan and many others. Svoy is a Berklee College of Music scholarship recipient/graduate and a United States citizen, naturalized as an Alien of Extraordinary Ability.
