Jorge Baptista Campira João, also known as "DI Campira" (8 September 1993) is a Mozambican DJ from Afro House & Afro Tech. Beyond being an excellent DJ, he also has a degree in Accounting and Finance, a career he left behind to pursue music. Under the influence of DIs who used to play on television, his interest in music was born, and by the hand of his mentor DJ Nino Kizomba, he began his career in 2012 at Centro Hipico da Beira (Mozambique). Campira became a professional in 2015, having marked over the years an important and constant presence in the main clubs of the City, and already received invitations to all the whole of Mozambique. With the talent and success of his work, he was invited to play in countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe and Portugal and has shared stages with internationally well-known Afro House DJs such as: Black Coffee, Maphorisa, Shimza, Cairo, Da Capo, Euphonik, etc. He released two EPs named "Liberdade" and "Campira" and among some of his hits throughout his career are the songs "Radar", "Sniper" and "Apaga Tudo". Campira collects thousands of reproductions on various music streaming platforms and his EPs have also reached the top of the main and most listened to in Mozambique for consecutive weeks.
