Javier Escribano aka Utōpia , DJ, producer, underground techno label owner of Asymmetrical Records. Early in 1998, Utōpia found his way how to play music himself starting with two turntables and a mixer. After few years of getting in shape he moved forward to perform in the clubs and raves in his home town. He shared dj booth with great artists and eventually with the time he became a sound technician. After getting certificated the life took him on a different path, he moved to London and found his other hidden talents. In between he managed always play some music, music has always been there. His wife knew this and gave him for his birthday latest needles and capsules, pushing him against the turntables even more than before, awaking in him the desire to play music again. Part of his musical influences have been dark and industrial, sounds like Nine Inch Nails, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb and DJs and producers like Surgeon, Jeff Mills which are also present in some of his sets. His first production came up in early 2000's for industrial/electronic music bands and he was already playing with some atmosphere techno music at that time. In 2021 - 2022 he was a resident Dj at London Radio & Bar AajaMusic where he runned his show called Raw_Techno.
