Growing up Jay Century could always sing ever since he could remember. However his love and passion for music came later in life when he realized that a career was actually possible for him. Born and raised in Philadelphia Jay’s passion was the main drive to push him to attend a performing arts school. While attending String Theory High School Jay spent four years perfecting the art of vocal performance to his best ability while also learning to play four instruments(guitar,piano,drums,ukulele). After graduation He started to record music and perfecting his sound in the studio when he finally recorded his debut single “ I Need You” produced by philly producer Brizzy On that beat.
