Bowale, a Nigerian Afro-fusion singer/songwriter based in the UK paints candid love stories through his music. His sound is rooted in mid-tempo instrumentals that combine Yorùbá and a midas touch of nifty slangs that decorate his artistic expression. Since the release of his debut single, Afro Love in 2017, Bowale has taking over the hearts of many music lovers around the world, constantly evolving in his love story telling abilities and groovy melodies. Bowale AKA the “Love Merchant” draws inspiration from musical talents he listened to as a young boy. I’ll never cross the bridge of believing I can do music without consuming all the greats, Bowale tells me as he sets up to record in his bedroom.
