My journey into music began when I was playing guitar in the park. I wanted my friends to sing along with the songs I played, but they wouldn't, so I started singing myself. It was an unexpected breakthrough, and it helped me break free from my conditioning and sing with a free mind. I think that the reggae rhythms are perfect for freestyling and improvising, which allowed me and other singers and instrumentalists to join in and play along with the feeling. I discovered that music has healing potential, and when I was 19 and after living in New Zealand, I started playing music in a psychiatric hospital. I joined a reggae band called The Green Culture, and we focused on covering Bob Marley & The Wailers , as well as SOJA . We also wrote our own songs, which were perfect for playing in the roots reggae. I want to give a big shoutout to Sonjah Dreadlocks for teaching me singing, and to Michelle playing excellent basslines! The Baobab Band was created 2022 in Münster. Big Up Lara Mbaye and the band for creating such a special vibe! One Tribe Band was created 2023 within the Colourful Tribe community project. This is a special big band project. A big tribe creates a big band. Website: www.jakobklasik.de. Mike Love Kanka iFire L'Entourloop Marcus Gad Seeed Clinton Fearon
