Nkosana Basil Matshoba(Born 6 August), professionally Known by his stage name Fable, is a 24-year-old rapper, songwriter and producer from Spruitview, Johannesburg, South Africa. In 2014 Fable released his debut single as a solo artist called The Anthem Feat.Fozie, which made it to “UNDERDOG DAY” on SLIKOURONLIFE and got reposted by SLIKOUR himself. He then went and released his second single Hella Broads Feat.Token in 2016 which made 1.3k streams on SoundCloud and was also reposted by SLIKOUR. In 2016 he also had the opportunity to perform at the Zakifo festival in Durban alongside Johnny joburg. In addition to that he performed at Moshito beat festival at Zone 6 venue in that same year. Fable has also show cased his incredible skill at the Back To The City festival main stage along side his fellow collaborator Weza, Also bringing down the walls of Cantares #PhatThursdays twice in the same year. He defines his sound as the ingredients Professor Utonium used the create the power puff girls(Sugar, spice and everything nice), a mixture of styles, genres and unique articulation allowing him to stay diverse and experimental all the time. He has worked with the likes of L-Tech from the famous TLT duo & the Award wining, co - founder of Rap LYF Kid X.
