Thomas Berg-Juul (b. 1977) had his organ advanced post graduate debut from Royal Academy of Music, Aarhus, Denmark in 2009. Being a versatile musician, you hear him equally often as an organ soloist, as seeing him as the conductor of the Girls' Choir at Haderslev Cathedral. Under his artistic leadership, the Girls' Choir over the last decade have recorded 5 CD's, travelled 10 countries and have had several great choir works commissioned, not least, in 2020, the great symphonic "Stabat mater" by Kim André Arnesen, premiered with South Denmark Philharmonic, conducted by Thomas, as he has also led the military orchestra "Slesvigske Musikkorps". As a mentor, leader and choir pedagogue, he inspires and teaches some 110 girls in and around three girl's choirs in Haderslev, with singers aged 8 - 20 years. Furthermore, he teaches choir conducting at the School of Church Music in Løgumkloster.
