Powernerd is the alter ego of a viennese producer, focusing on retrofuturistic music with a modern edge. He prefers to stay anonymous to let the music speak for itself. The first release of Powernerd was 2016's Nerd Power and since then he has collaborated with many well known artists like Waveshaper, Neon Nox, Volkor X, LeBrock, Dana Jean Phoenix, Absolute Valentine, Edictum, Call Me Sleeper, MAGNAVOLT, Adieu Aru and others. While starting in 2016 with classic Synthwave like Dystopia or lending his guitar skills to tracks like Twisted Getaway, Powernerd has shifted his focus towards heavier, midtempo and cyberpunk inspired music like Dark Triads, which now has over 1mio streams.
