Sometime in 2005, PEOPLEJAM was born. Formed by Jik (vocals & synthesizer), Tommy (guitar), Ken (drums) and Ayana (guitar), the band exploded onto an unsuspecting Tokyo music scene with its unique mixture of Techno, Disco, Funk and massive doses of Breakbeats and raw energy bringing high energy, electronic beats played with the power of a live bands, pumping out a party sound in the same league with Boom Boom Satellites, Mop of Head and other Tokyo electro-rockers. Famous for their live shows at Japan underground music scene and foreigner festivals such as Spring Scream Festival 2011 & 2012 (Taiwan), Big Mountain Festival 2011 (Thailand), Stepping Stone Festival 2015 (South Korea), Random Music Festival 2017 (Spain), Urban Nomad Freakout Festival 2018 (Taiwan), Ear Hub 2018 (Hong Kong), Play Time Music Festival 2019(Mongolia)etc. With two albums「DirtyGroove」and「Idiotwerk」and two EP「One Step Closer」and「Broken Sphere」released, PeopleJam have been on tour in Spain, China and Taiwan. Also have been supporting foreigners artists such as; Radical Animal Beats, Fast Forward, Drumdroid, etc during their respective Japan tours. In their wake, they left many fans hungry for more and influenced scores of new artists throughout Japan. PEOPLEJAM continue touring around Japan and the globe.
