Growing up in the Midwest, I was discouraged from being an artist. I’m supposed to make money, not art! You’re not special! But I think that’s dumb! I can make money and art and they’re not mutually exclusive. Exclusivity is lame! Music is for everyone! 🤩 Anyone can make it and anyone can enjoy it!!! 🥳 freakwalker is in my vernacular - the internet, love, the 4 seasons, gratitude, the occult, loneliness, capitalism, partying, introspection, the fringe, computers, the everyday, the Freak and the Folk - but I think it’s also the vernacular of many people in the digital age ^^ freakwalker is a DIY creator based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
