Born Bakang Tshepo Seagiso, Bugzito spent his teenage years in Danville (Pretoria West). Bugzito spent most of his time listening to the likes of Tupac, Zola, Bob Marley, Molemi, DJ Mujava, and a lot of kwaito music. This would fuel his imagination and spark his creative mind. Bugzito's use of the rap style SPRAKA (short for SPRAKATHI - which is Pitori slang for conversion) on the STOFO sound that marries Hip Hop, Kwaito & Bacardi elements, is the blend that earned him the title Lebanzi La Pitori.
