Bobby Sango aka SANGO BLACK, is a singer/songwriter/rapper from Los Angeles, California. He studied Theatre Art’s and performed both lead and supporting roles via college. Both Theatre and TV/Film acting helped sharpen his story telling and stage presence skills. He has been writing songs for ten years plus. SANGO BLACK has a genuine love for HipHop. His music crosses over into other genres such as Pop, Afro-Beat’s and techno/edm club mix’s; it’s a breath of fresh air. His songs compel you to listen painting a vivid picture for both the mind and the ear. His first major stage performance was at LA Black Gay Pride 19’, following the success of his first mixtape, Assimilation Vol.1. His freestyle, “Outlaw’s Rage” and “The Highest” garnered the attention of The Game & Fat Joe where they reposted both on their social media pages. Fat Joe even let SANGO BLACK freestyle on his IG Live, further spreading awareness of his story telling skills. SANGO BLACK released his first album in 2021. “AV2:THE ALBUM” with his lead single, “Thirst Trap Thursday” going viral on both TikTok and YouTube that year. It currently has 149,000 views on YouTube. A reaction video on the famous “NO JUMPER” (4.4 million subscribers) podcast hosted by taste maker Adam22 helped to bring more awareness to the music video.
