 After completing his Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and Communication at Sul Ross State University, a small town in Alpine, Texas, Chinasa went on to attain his Masters in Social Work from the University of North Texas.  With half Nigerian and half Cuban heritage, Chinasa's music reflects a wide range of artistic and cultural influences, ranging from Afrobeat and Dancehall to Latin trap and other genres of world music. He has worked extensively with Tribe Mafia to create dozens of popular songs including "Like Cola," which has over 1 million streams on YouTube, "Hurt " featuring Rora Wilde , a song dedicated to domestic violence victims, and "Supposed To Do," which was featured on CBS's hit African sitcom "Bob Hearts Abishola".
