Not many places can sport a musical history the way St. Louis, Missouri does. Artists like Josephine Baker, Donny Hathaway and Nelly have all hailed from the Midwest city. Looking to add to that amazing musical lineage is The Lou’s Larry Byrd. 
 The emcee and producer has just released his new project, Burdens & Blessings Vol. 1. The 8 track project is a look into the gritty side of the St. Louis streets and the grind it takes to make it out. Lyrically the project is on point. Larry does a great job of painting a clear picture and getting his point across throughout the entirety of the project.
