Biography

Brandi Carlile is a 9x GRAMMY Award-winning singer, songwriter, performer, producer, #1 New York Times Bestselling author and activist, who is known as one of music's most respected voices. Carlile has released 7 full-length albums including her most recent, 2021's 3x GRAMMY Award-winning album, In These Silent Days. Additionally, Carlile works as a renowned record producer, with several studio projects releasing this year including her show-stopping rendition of "Home" featured on the final season of Ted Lasso, Brandy Clark’s acclaimed self-titled album and forthcoming albums from Tanya Tucker and Joni Mitchell. Known for her powerful live performances, Carlile will tour through 2023 including her once-in-a-lifetime “Echoes Through the Canyon” weekend at Washington's Gorge Amphitheater in June, select headline performances and several dates with P!NK as part of her stadium tour later this summer. Widely beloved by her peers, Carlile has also collaborated with Elton John, The Highwomen, Soundgarden, Alicia Keys, Dolly Parton and more, has been awarded Billboard’s Women In Music “Trailblazer Award,” CMT’s Next Women of Country “Impact Award” and received multiple recognitions from the Americana Music Association. On top of being a musician and writer, Carlile is also a founder of the Looking Out Foundation, which has raised over $4 million for grassroots causes to date. Carlile lives in rural Washington state with her wife, Catherine, and two daughters, Evangeline and Elijah.
