With an appreciation for everything from Frankie Lymon to Tupac, Se'A grew up immersed in art & music. Born and raised on the southside of Chicago, Se'A (also known as Chi) spent his younger years performing in school talent shows and writing music at home. At the age of 12, Se'A moved to Atlanta; where he began professionally pursuing music and performing. After relocating several times and living in both Houston & New Orleans, the Chicago native decided to move back home to get reconnected with his roots.
