Nurse has found it. Five musicians who have played everywhere and with Sweden's biggest artists have now landed in their own band, with their own songs and their own sound – without compromise. The much-talked-about band Nurse was formed in the 90s, but their debut was delayed. Careers took off in other directions, and the old songs were not released until 2017. Now the band has a fantastic new lineup, the enthusiasm is enormous, and the first of the new songs, ‘Beautiful Lie,’ will be released on August 30th. The original members, Pär Edwardson, singer and producer (Stonecake, Psychotic Youth, Biscaya), Stefan Sporsén, keyboards and trumpet (Håkan Hellström, Augustifamiljen/På Spåret, Tallest Man On Earth), and Johan Strömberg, bass (Motvind, AnneLie Rydé), are now joined by Johan Franzon, drums (Tomas Ledin, Scorpions, Veronica Maggio, Joseph Williams) and the musical prodigy Johan Randén, guitar. Nurse is characterized by playfulness and exploration, allowing creativity to flow without barriers, born from the rich soil of the musicians' individual and extensive musical experiences. Their sound is a tribute to the musical boldness of the 70s and 80s, inspired by artists like Gabriel, Yes, Steely Dan, 10cc, and others. 2017 came debut album; among many great reviews : "Album of the year" Mikael Engström, Inside MusiCast and same from Ola Gränshagen, Sweden Rock Magazine.
