Will “Wakabuggie” dee was an independent electronic artist born and raised in Hamilton Ontario. Self-producing and recording albums since 12 years old, all the while refusing to sit still through tutorials forced Will to come up with a very distinctive sound. Growing up in rural Ontario Will has always had a deep connection with nature, which features prominently in their music, both in atmosphere and subject matter. They were thrilled to be featured in Toronto record label Imaginary North’s 2023 compilation Today Until Tomorrow which was able to donate 1,000 USD to Music Declares Emergency, a musician-run climate change fund. Wakabuggie was later featured on Imaginary North Transmission 007 in January of 2024, followed by The Longest Time that summer.
