Shadowmaw discovered electronic music at a young age and not long after began taking interest in DJ-ing and later on in producing. Having a strong influence by old school Minimal-Techno he implemented its elements into his own sound which led him to release music for labels such as Crypt Music, Subios, Shadow Wulf, Phobos, Music4Aliens and Phraser. In May of 2021 he started up his very own label Crypt Music which is now amongst the top 25 Hype Techno (P/D) labels. His tracks have reached Beatport’s top 10 Hype Techno charts on numerous occasions and have received support from many prominent artists. He has also shared the stage across multiple countries with some of the most prominent artists such as UMEK, The YellowHeads , Cosmic Boys, Daniel Weirdo, T78, Kaiserdisco, Carbon, Lampe, Matt Sassari, TiM TASTE, NoNameLeft, Mateo! and many more! 2024 will see many new releases from this artist which will include collaborations, various remixes and EPs.
