Syncline has established himself as one of the new guard of Liquid Funk Drum & Bass. Hailing from Bristol and residing in Vienna, Austria, he draws on ideas, sounds and themes from a unique combination of his musical influences, and frames these around raw, natural breakbeats. His tracks have garnered DJ support from the likes of LTJ Bukem, Paul SG, Madcap, Scott Allen Zero Gravity and more. Releasing on Jazzsticks Recordings, Smooth N Groove Records, Soul Deep Recordings and Grand Theft Audio Recordings, syncline is one of many producers leading the liquid funk revival! Syncline’s DJ sets cover every era of D&B’s rich history, and showcase a profound knowledge of the genre well beyond his years. After being inspired by a vinyl only event at “A38 Hajó” in Budapest, he has been developing his own authentic liquid funk sound. Relocating to Vienna in late 2020, he is now an established member of the Jazzsticks crew.
