Starting with music from an early age, Lisa Decker wrote and pre-recorded some of her songs at least 25 years ago when she was a teenager. In the last years the songs got several times reviewed, reworked and complemented with new works by her besides being a full time (music) education teacher. You could describe the final results as Pop music with many influences from Jazz, Hip Hop (feature by John Robinson on the remix of her song »Everytime« and mastered by the legend K-Def), Funk to Reggae surrounded by a Japanese sound spirit due to the arrangements of Tokyo Jazz trio Nautilus. Half of her new album is produced by Jazzanova member SaturnVybz with a more electronic touch. The original demo tapes from back in the days are still alive.
