Born in Toronto and raised in Hong Kong, Aaron Tsoi, a.k.a. DJ Tsoi specializes in curating signature funky, soulful and jazzy hip-hop grooves, infusing together a bespoke journey into sound. He is known for his original performances, improvisations with analog synthesizers & Ableton Live, and collaborations with musicians that characterise his live sets as a hybrid of DJing and on-the-fly music production. DJ TSOI is well-established in the local scene as a current resident DJ at Soho House Hong Kong, with prior residencies at Ozone, Brickhouse, Limewood, PLAY, Intercontinental Hong Kong, Garage Society and Vice – and performing at local festivals like Clockenflap and Sónar.
