Sussex-based singer/songwriter Hetty Clark melds spacious soundscapes and riveting vocal emotion, embracing an inventive vein of downtempo electronic pop. Her songs are often understated, emitting deeply hypnotic qualities. Hetty is inspired by raw, reverb-drenched sounds, from artists such as The xx, London Grammar and James Blake. Finding inspiration from catchy electro house-pop bands such as Sofi Tucker, Hetty’s Los Angeles collaborations included work with Ned Douglas (engineer for Dave Stewart), writing tracks under The Dot And The Line. London dance label Perfect Havoc also released a remix from the duo: Norwegian DJ MODES' remix of the track "Hiding the Truth." Her current collaboration is with Xurbulentt, a British award winning songwriter and producer. Xurbulentt blends elements of pop, R&B and hip-hop. They played a set at Boardmasters Festival in the summer .
