Basudhara Roy Munshi is a distinguished Delhi-based vocalist and performer. A graduate of Miranda House, University of Delhi, she is currently pursuing her M.A. in Hindustani Classical Music at the Faculty of Music and Fine Arts, DU. With a deep passion for music that began at the age of 4, she is currently honing her skills under the tutelage of Padmashree and Sangeet Natak Akademi awardee, Vidushi Sumitra Guha, a celebrated Hindustani Classical vocalist. In addition to her classical training, Basudhara is also skilled in light music, semi-classical, and Bollywood and Bengali genres. As a performer, she graces stages across India and internationally, sharing her musical talent with diverse audiences. Currently she is working with The Anirudh Varma collective, The Vishal Mehta Live, OhWomaniya, The Nandan Borker Collective and few other live acts along with a youtube channel with over 5.20k+ subscribers.
