Stockholm-based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Signe Levin has been writing songs for as long as she can remember. Growing up in a musical family, she started taking choir and violin lessons at six years old. In 2015, she was featured on multiple songs on Sister's album If I’m Broke I Order Oysters and Hope a Pearl Will Pay My Bill. In 2013 she performed their song The War Is Over at the ELLE-Gala in Stockholm, which also became the soundtrack for the closing credits of Anna Odell’s movie ”The Reunion” (Återträffen) the same year. Drawing inspiration from songwriters like Joni Mitchell and Nick Drake, as well as contemporary artists such as Lizzy McAlpine, Gracie Abrams and Clairo, Levin released her first solo project, a five-song folk-pop EP titled Daydream, in 2022. In 2023 she finished her freshman year at Berklee College of Music in Boston and she is currently working on her first album.
