Fresh Ayer hails from Poughkeepsie, New York. His mother originates from Jamaica, while his father calls Bronx, NY, his hometown. His musical journey began at the tender age of 7. "I embarked on this path armed with a humble tape recorder and a pair of two-dollar microphones - one for the speaker and the other for my voice to flow over the beat." Despite facing disciplinary issues in school, he encountered a pivotal moment upon realizing that his graduation timeline was in jeopardy. "The prospect of the 'super senior' title eluding me was a wake-up call." Determined to realign his trajectory, Fresh dedicated countless hours after school to get back on course. His aspiration led him to set his sights on Full Sail University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Recording Engineering. Following his high school graduation within the expected timeframe, Fresh ventured to Orlando, FL, to commence his studies at Full Sail University. However, the abrupt request for an additional $8000 within a mere 8 days caught him off guard, ultimately resulting in his departure from the institution due to insufficient time and communication. "That experience left a profound impact on me, causing everything to feel askew." Aged 17, on the brink of turning 18, Fresh made a conscious choice to remain in Orlando, anticipating the opportunities that lay ahead. Establishing a collaborative bond with a fellow songwriter, they collectively contributed to Chris Brown's "Indigo" Album.
