Born and raised in Iran, Rebeat fell deeply in love with music from an early age; constantly digging and diving into all types of music with the desire to share his wealth of musical knowledge with others. After learning how to mix in 2006, 2010 officially marked the start of his career as a DJ under the alias “Rebeat”. Around this time, he also began his journey as a producer through remixing tracks with a foundation of old classics and nostalgia. His breakthrough remix of Shirely Bassey’s famous song, “If You Go Away”, was signed on Dj Claude Challe’s Buddah Bar, with support from some well renowned artists like DJ Tiesto. “If You Go Away” featured an animated music video, which won 10 international awards. Flash forward to present day in 2021, Rebeat’s “Butterfly Mind” EP was recently released on Dubfire’s Sci + Tec label with acknowledgement and support by globally respected artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy Gerber, Elif, Lancaster and more. Rebeat’s origins from Iran, a country in which no clubs or parties exist due to brutal oppression, made pushing his inspiration and music out there no easy task. Despite these restrictive circumstances, Rebeat has managed to stay motivated and consistent throughout the years, producing music and mixes which are enjoyed by artists and listeners throughout the globe
