Olamide Mihlali Blessing Arowosegbe known as Lil Skex is a talented artist hailing from Johannesburg, South Africa. Born at Parklane clinic on September 3rd, 2004, Skex is the first child to be born at the clinic on a Friday. Raised by a South African Xhosa mother and a Nigerian Yoruba father, Skex has experienced a diverse upbringing, moving around frequently and living in both dangerous and safe neighborhoods. Despite this, Skex has managed to find inspiration in the criminal activities he has witnessed. Skex's love for music began in 2009 after the death of Michael Jackson, who he idolized for many years.
