REMI MAE was raised in the Pea Green/Delta area of Western Colorado. Her music and performance style has been shaped by artists as diverse as The Eagles, Etta James, Jackson Browne, Bruce Springsteen, Bonnie Raitt and Joan Jett. Using her own passion for music and conveying that for others to feel is her main goal. Remi Mae’s self-titled EP of all originals showcases her “old soul” songwriting style. She has recently made herself at home in the heart of the Texas music scene around Austin. As Remi would say, “When I look out into the audience and see someone sharing the same passion for music that I have inside me, that’s where the world drops off.”
