Guadalajara-based musician Jonathan Poe has written and recorded four albums in three different countries as a band of one. With a hint of Nashville, his take on indie rock unleashes “three-part vocal harmonies, ear-yanking choruses, time-altering drums, and meaningful lyrics” (Tone Def Sound). His latest album, A Knock at the Paper Door, further pushes the envelope as it seeks to experiment with song structure and sound textures. Hailing from Tennessee, he has performed his music with live bands across the USA, Korea, China, and Mexico since 2011.
