Blending personal stories with original melodies, genre-crossing singer-songwriter Lester Lam is making waves in Hong Kong's indie scene. Originally from Malaysia, Lester's cozy and vibey tunes are influenced by pop, folk, and R&B. In his debut EP "Unwithered Blue," he candidly expresses his emotions through brutally honest conversations, showcased in the hit "Out of This World". He continues to evolve exploring his musicality in his sophomore EP "Aquilo" with mythology-inspired themes, the EP also includes the fan favorite single "Sailing Boat". Lester incorporates world music elements intricately into his storytelling, making him a fascinating storyteller. In 2023, Lester has released his new single album “Rainy Days in the Blue Whale”, which showcased his first dance tune "Rain On Me", a mellow ballad "Snow" and his collaboration with singer-songwriter Daniel Toh on "Fluid Love".
