Biography

Silver Dust was formed in 2013 by the singer and guitarist Lord Campbell. In the same year, they released their debut album, Lost in Time, and a few months later, they had the opportunity to perform at the renowned Montreux Jazz Festival. In March 2016, Silver Dust released their second album, The Age Of Decadence, and went on their first European tour, joining forces with the Finnish heavy metal band Lordi. In November 2017, the quartet returned to European stages, as special guests of the Finnish band Battle Beast. April 2018 saw the release of Silver Dust’s third album, House 21, presented as a concept album. Notably, it features a collaboration with Mr. Lordi of the eponymous band on a cover of Bette Davis Eyes. Shortly after, the band commenced another European tour with Lordi, marking their second major collaboration together. In late 2019, Silver Dust embarked on their largest European tour to date, spanning 50 dates in 53 days across 26 countries. For this tour, they were accompanied by two well-known metal bands: Moonspell and Rotting Christ. April 2022 witnessed the release of their fourth album, Lullabies. Throughout the year, Silver Dust performed at several prominent festivals in Europe, sharing the stage with notable acts such as KISS, Avatar, Scorpions and Sabaton. In early 2023, Silver Dust was invited to join the Swedish band Soen on tour, as special guests. In 2025, Silver Dust returns with a groundbreaking new opus to be released on April 4th.
