Vinnie Camilleri toured the world playing guitar for The Beatles Pre Ringo drummer, Pete Best. Vinnie recorded two albums with Pete Best also known as The Fifth Beatle, Once A Beatle Always and The Pete Best Band Live At The Cavern. He was former front man for the band Dust alongside Jamie Murphy and Franny Griffiths from the Liverpool band Space who had hits like Female of The Species, Tom Jones & Neighborhood with Vinnie Jamison, drummer for Echo & The Bunnymen. Vinnie Camilleri now writes as a solo artist creating music of many varied styles. Vinnie's current project is creating Dark Nordic Folk Viking music influenced by the likes of Danheim, Wardruna & Heilung. Vinnie Camilleri creates music of varied styles from Classical , Electronic , Spaghetti Western, Tai Chi music, Piano Heartfelt Instrumentals to Indie Pop & Rock music. Vinnie's debut Film Score was for the Australian Comedy Indie Horror Film by David Black, called Badass Bunyip. He also composed the opening theme music for Brothers from Malta, a Julian Galea film. Vinnie appears in many of the Viking themed adverts for The Beard Struggle and will appear in a new film by Liverpool filmmaker Daniel Boocock.
