Melodinumbra is a Hardwave and NEOY2K music-maker with special interests in futuristic/cyberpunk themes and musical storytelling. Throughout his early life, Melodinumbra was inspired by the scores of movie and video game franchises like Star Wars, How to Train your Dragon, Halo, The Elder Scrolls, and Destiny. In his first years of high school, he discovered NCS: Infinity, Monstercat, and Geometry Dash, immediately falling in love with and exploring the many styles of electronic music contained within. During his time in college, he discovered Hardwave music through artists like Sublab, Sudoverse, and REMNANT.exe. He also encountered NEOY2K trance through artists including Teneki/AxT, Virtual Self, Altered Soul, and crayvxn. As a result, Melodinumbra now creates a blend of Hardwave and various NEOY2K subgenres, occasionally slipping in elements of styles similar to ANGEL CANNON, Deadcrow, Skeler, and BL1THE.
